The 1000 series PSX's had RCA jacks for their audio out. Some articles way back claimed they were the best CD player you could buy under $500 or something, so they started being called "audiophile" PSX's.What is an audiophile PSX?
Ah, I have heard of that. I didn't know people called them "audiophile" PSX though. The 1000 series PSX's had RCA jacks for their audio out. Yes but the OD is the worst (doesn't really matter if you go the ODE route), I think I saw people swapping one from a 9001 model, of course you end up with a Frankestein machine but it's not really noticeable and is truly the best model you could assemble.Correct I probably should have mentioned the sound dac on this model is the best
