I sent an email, but I suppose asking here might get a quicker reply. I am looking at getting one of the "pro" models of the PSU for my Model2b board when it's on the bench.

The model2 boards are very sensitive to noise and there can be polygon distortion or visual noise in texture color rendering. Can the Pro version of this PSU produce clean power to my board?

(Pro is needed because Model2's spec is 20 AMP draw, but I think 15 is good enough but the non-pro ver of this PSU only produces 8 AMP). If it is a MEAN WELL, I am not sure the signal will will be sufficient to cleanly power the board.

I have PMed you a few times in the last 3 or 4 weeks to no avail. I hope you see this post. I purchased a PSU and some cables back in December 2021. You said my order would be shipped by the end of April and then I was given a TNT tracking number that really seems incorrect or doesn't exist. I know there is a part shortage and all and I have been very patient. But if my order was shipped more than 4 week ago and I haven't received it, it means that something is definitely wrong and I deserve to be helped.

I really feel ignored here. Please replay. I really don't want to ask for a refund. I am willing to wait a bit longer but at least I need to know that you are aware that my order might have gone lost. This situation is very frustrating but your silence is even more frustrating. I have been waiting for this more than 5 months now. That is too much even for a patient man such as myself.

Yea China is in a terrible condition at the moment due to the Pandemic. lack of flights in and out as well as increased cost to ship is really dampening the issue. Hope you get your gear soon, lots of us patiently waiting also. hang tight.

Have you tried emailing from the site? Regarding shipping, sometime's i've seen a shipping label printed but not actually send the product yet. Have you called the courier to back track the shipment? Was it delivered somewhere? Once in transit it's not the sellers fault, you have to take it up with the courier. The seller can start an investigation in your behalf though.

AGAIN... Some area's of China are still impacted by COVID restrictions with limited flights and manpower. Some anecdotal reference, I work in the tech industry and we're still waiting for factories to open up to complete projects and meet product release dates.

I've got a large sum of cash on orders myself. Axun is one man show in a country with limited coms and restrictions. I do hope you get a resolution soon...

You're 100% correct Communications should NOT cease for any brand regardless if they are a boutique or larger organization. I agree with you there.

My last coms were late March. I wasn't expecting an order to complete anytime soon due to the current climate.

I have a few orders placed with them currently, one is from late November. I just assume they'll get here when they get here. Hope you get it all sorted out @mbandala!

Hum... I mean I'm not in a hurry, but it's a fair amount of money to have in limbo and my options diminish as time passes should I never hear back or receive the items.

i got over 400 dollars worth of stuff ordered from this guy since last july and still havent gotten word on it... buyer beware. his stuff is great from what ive heard but he lost his job a little while ago and hasnt gotten back around to doing anything or coming thru with any orders other than 10 superguns which i dont think he even came thru with htat. i dont mind waiting, but i do mind waiting forever.

i got over 400 dollars worth of stuff ordered from this guy since last july and still havent gotten word on it... buyer beware. his stuff is great from what ive heard but he lost his job a little while ago and hasnt gotten back around to doing anything or coming thru with any orders other than 10 superguns which i dont think he even came thru with htat. i dont mind waiting, but i do mind waiting forever.
Yeah, I wouldn't mind if it takes six months or more. No hurry on my end. But I'd appreciate some communication... ah well, it is what it is I guess.

@drfunk was the one who lost his job I believe. The only relationship he has is to bridge coms as best as he could as a side gig to help @Axun.

Axun is the one and only guy managing production, manufacturing, etc. lead times are typically when it’s done, so patience is critical, super bad timing all around being he’s based in China.

covid, supply chain, language barrier, china are some of things causing the impacts atm for Axun. I know it sucks, we’re all out in limbo, a perfect storm here. Hoping everyone gets coms closure soon.
