Backup data failed press test switch

When I try to play bubble bobble symphony and a few other games it tells me to press the test switch and the test switch does nothing when pressed.

Are these games unplayable?

Also my bubble bobble 2 just goes to a blue screen and does not load. I love my bubble bobble.

They all work. What test button are you pressing?

Theres only 4 buttons outside of voltage and color balance.

Test, Service, P1 coin, P2 coin.

Pressing any of them does not make the screen go away.

A little more info

Received my Darksoft F3

Installed on F3 Board with LCD.

Used pre fresh 8gb sd card from arcadehighscores seller. (its properties sadi Fat 32 so I figured no format required)

transferred roll up pack to main directory

Used lcd to select game and wait for 32 seconds to finish flash sequence.

at this point some games work other tells me to hit a service switch and hitting all switches does nothing?

Anything I could try?

I really want a new supergun but am using the adcap.

the test switch is on the F3 motherboard, not the cab. It is on the right side when the jamma connector is pointing down.
