I had a bare parts CPS3 board that looked very fixable so I ended up fixing it. The board is washed all customs I reflowed and tested for hours, new cart slot I will link the repair thread. I would say 550 shipped since it's a bare board with no simms.
A buddy gave me a parts CPS3 he had, it was already missing the 60 MHz oscillator, the 1D character ram, and had trace damage from the oscillator removal. I replaced the 60 Mhz crystal, the 2D character ram, fixed the trace damage only to find it having Character ram error. I reflowed the ppu and the character ram and cleared the error. After that I washed dried the board and tested it. Working perfectly, I might sell it as a bare board if anyone interested. I almost forgot the cart port was corroded and touchy so I swapped it out for a new one.
