Hi everyone. I've been posting here for a little bit and never did an introduction, so here goes.

I was introduced to this forum by twistedsymphony after I had expressed an interest on KLOV for making an emulator to replace the physical card reader on ID3. Things didn't really get anywhere there and he suggested I pitch my idea here. Before I knew it, with lots of great help and advice, I had a working proof of concept. It's still a work in progress, but I've branched the idea out to other card reader games and am excited to see what happens.

While video arcade games are a hobby for me, pinball is my main obsession. I currently own 9 pins and love repairing/restoring them.

As far as arcade stuff goes, my collection is likely laughable by some of your standards.

The only dedicated cabinet I have is an OR2SP. Honestly, before I got it I was not even very interested in driving games. I really got it for my wife, but quickly dove into netbooting and grew to love racing games in the home setting. I'm currently in the process of scratch building a 2nd JVS driving cabinet for link play (currently have 2 Chihiros). I bought a NAOMI2 to swap in this cab, and have a Lindbergh on the way.

I also have an MVS with multicart in a generic poor quality wood panel laminate cab, and a generic Dynamo cab that was hosting Area51/Max Force when I bought it. I currently swap a few other shooter PCBs in, including Point Blank 2 (I actually like the console ports of this series way better due to expanded content), and an Atomiswave with Extreme Hunting.

The driving cab has been a recent obsession, with the card reader emulator projects and researching JVS systems I can swap in.

Anyway, that's me with regards to this arcade hobby. I've been enjoying this forum and my interactions with other members. I look forward to what the future holds.
