Best Cleaner for Net City Monitor

Hello. I just purchased a Net City cab that ended up being really dirty. Any recommendations for cleaners to get the dirt off the screen? I’ve been reading that rubbing alcohol would work but wanted to get some opinions first.

Also any recommendations for cleaning solutions for the cab itself? Thanks in advance.
