WTB Big blue control panel or contract someone to make one

Hello everyone,

I have a big blue arcade that was converted to a shooting game

it was a AvP and then other holes were drilled into the current CP later becoming a shooter, meaning i cant just reuse the same.

not sure if there a place online to buy a control panel already made or
if i can contract someone to build one for me.

want to make this a 2 player capcom layout for Super turbo
