Blank or Template Sega Naomi or Blast City control panels - anyone provide these?

I am wondering about getting some blank/template control panels for a Naomi Universal or Blast City cabinet that can be modded to whatever button layout or configuration as needed. I could handle cutting buttons, etc, but cutting the exact fitting piece for a panel is not within my comfort zone. Anyone sell blank templates for this?

I've seen them a few times. I think people have them cut and get several. @codecrank might be able to help you with some info.
