Blast City JVS Question

Does anyone know how to wire up buttons 4-6 for player 1 & 2 when using a Sega Jamma to JVS I/O board in a Blast City?

buttons 1-5 are on the jamma edge. make yourself a harness for the 14 pin jst connections following the pinout guide provided. set the jumper to A. u need the 838-13683-93 rev B io. the 26 pin black connector also has button 6 input as well, but idk what that connector is called. CN 7.
