Brezzasoft Crystal System/Crystal of Kings not booting

I recently purchased a Crystal System with Crystal of Kings. It was working before shipping and was packed incredibly well. Despite this, I can't get it to boot up. It simply hangs at a screen with white lines (see screenshot). I think it is supposed to boot to this and then flip into the game.

I've tried:

Three different cabs
Mildly adjusting 5v
Taking the System apart and putting it back together/reseating

Any ideas what this might be?

It usually takes 10-15 seconds after power on before the game will start, are you waiting that long?
What are the leds d1 and d2 doing when you power it on?

That's exactly what i changed, all 3 of them with brand new parts, i had the same problem before and after. There's no leakage, at all, nowhere. I just think that the Vzero is coocked somehow, find a replace for it is almost impossible

Maintain service + test before powering the board up, power the board and hold for a couple of seconds before releasing. See if the test menu appears.

Incredibly helpful, thank you. I booted into the test menu and it worked great (was very relieved to hear that music); selected the options to clear both ram options, made sure everything else was working. Popped Crystal of Kings back in and it came right up!

I had a slot which was working sometimes and sometimes the same screen, and was a dead ram on it. One day it never boot again, so i send it for repair and the ram was changed.

Can confirm initial loading up takes ages (would've said like 25-30 seconds of white lines, coloured pixels and such before there's any image on my end, too damn long anyway ), was quite surprised when I plugged it last time after a few years of storage
