Cab is currently wired to an MVS 2 slot. Easy way to convert to Jamma?

I have a MVS 2 slot cab, but recently got some Cps2 boards. Is there a way I can plug and play the Cps2 and leave the MVS harness?

Even better, can I do a switch or something to toggle between MVS and CPS2?
