Cannot get games to start on Timeharvest CBox MVS1-C ​

I just got my Darksoft Flash cartridge today and my first neo geo system so I am a total newbie. It is a Cbox consolized MVS1-C When it boots up it says Europe region Arcade unibios 3.3 Timeharvest CBox on the startup screen. I am able to access the flash cartridge menu and change options and set games to slots but after it reboots to start the game I only get a diagnostic crosshatch menu and the games will not start.

Any help would be apprecaited.
