Where can I buy this. It says E128 820 2.5v. What does the E128 means. Looking it up on Google it says 820uf 2.5v. But I don't know what E128 is.

E128 is just the series and or batch code for the capacitor.

I would replace it with any brand name aluminum polymer cap, like this Panasonic one:
