I've purchased 2 non-working games now that wont function and from my tests I believed i've narrowed it down to both being the A-boards that are Faulty (one has no picture/sync, the other refuses to boot at all, but both C/B boards play sounds/playable without video on the first A board so i know they are working). My only guess is my A boards are bad..

.. One board with SYNC issue I'm afraid is CPS 01 chip bad? Other board.. Not sure on yet.. no boot at all.. no sound.. nothing more troubleshooting neccessary.. A boards that expensive huh?
