I think differences are on Original and Maniac mode compared to the original release. God mode I believe is the same.

But yeah it should be noted on the description that it’s Another ver.

Oh yeah it’s bug fixed, but AFAIK other than bugfixes God mode is the same gameplay wise. At least it seemed so last time I played it a couple years ago.
