Ceramic resonator

I have to replace this broken ceramic resonator from a filter board, but I don’t know its electric values. Can anybody help me with that info?

It's not a ceramic resonator but a ferrite bead/filter used to suppress/reduce EMI.You can replace it with another three pins (central is tied to GND on PCB) like the Murata ones :
