CF_Boot .hex file for Chihiro

I am seeing lots of conflicting files, etc. for Chihiro - can someone point me to the one that works? I have tried a few and so far, no luck. (end up getting an error 25 - cannot access GDROM).

Error 25 means a problem with your GDROM or CF Adapter.

Which version of firmware do you have? Update to this one if unsure: CHIHIRO TYPE 3: New Firmware !

Definitely have the new firmware - when I got this Chihiro it had that, but I even redid the update just to make sure - it shows version 4.00.

And I am using the same model CF adapter that I used before on my working Chihiro, but I will try another one.

image can be wrong or keychip. Are you using zero key?

I am using a zero key - one of the ones I found here.... I have a working CF zero key and a CF card at my work in a WMMT cabinet... I am going to go there today and try what I have made for my bench system and see if they work... then I can narrow down what isn’t working - key, image, CF adapter.

Ok - ended up being pretty simple actually - there is a jumper on the CF card that sets master or slave, looks like it was set to slave...

All working now!
