Hi! 
I would like to know if I change the region of a Namco system 12 game by changing the Prom, I lose its progress, the hidden characters unlocked by the time counter ect ....
If not, can we unlock the hide characters by changing a line of Hex code in the Rom file before reprogramming it on a new Prom ?
