Changing Sega Net City Panel from One Player to Two Player Control Panel

Hello. I'm about to purchase a Sega Net City cabinet with the goal to have it play Marvel Vs. Capcom 2. However, the cabinet is only set-up for one player (1L6B). My question is how easy/difficult is it to convert a SEGA Net City from a one player control panel to a two player (2L12B) control panel. Is this an expensive process? Over/Under $500? Any info would be appreciated. Thank you in advance.

You just need a new 2 player panel and the loom for 2player controls. Depending on what panel you get this is under $200.

@alberto1225 and @Rbtamanini make great reproduction panels. You can also search ebay or yahoo auctions for an original 2 player panel, but chances are they're rusted and stained pretty badly.
