Hey there.

I have an OutRun2SP game running on a Chihiro Type 3 and I'm getting a Caution 51: "Wrong video output setting of horizontal scanning frequency".
The video colour has strangely gone green as well.

I was told it could be one of the dip switches that has been knocked or changed accidentally. So I tried changing each one one at a time to see if it did anything. No change.

Does anyone have a list of the DIPSW settings for the Chihiro? I have done a lot of searches and can't seem to find one.
I currently have dip switches 3 & 4 set to ON and the remaining 6 set to OFF.

Any idea which Dip Switch settings are needed for OutRun2SP?

Found another clue which suggested checking whether the dip switch has failed. Tested dip switches - all 8 working fine. Any other suggestions?
 
Removed the side board and interestingly found out someone had been there before - all 5 of the ON switches were soldered into place. Received advice that it could still possibly be the dip switch. Will be replacing the entire board that the dip switch sits on and see how that goes. Will report back findings.
 
Interestingly the replacement board didn't fix the problem. I can confirm the dip switch is set to 1, 2 and 5 OFF and remainder switches ON. Anyone got any other ideas or suggestions that i should check?
