China Gate PCB Missing Capacitors - Need Help

Does anyone own a working China Gate pcb? I'm trying to fix a non-working China Gate pcb. It's missing capacitors below. I tried to find the pcb schematic on internet but couldn't find it. I really appreciate if someone could help me find out the capacitance and voltage values on these missing capacitors:
Board TA-0023-P1-03: C1
Board TA-0023-P2-03: C1, C2, C70

I also attached pictures of the pcb with circle marks of missing capacitors.

You're going to need four 100uF/16V capacitors. The three on the bottom board are all 100uF/16V. C1 on the top board is also 100uF/16V.
