What's new
Try on a different monitor/TV first. The video signal on the MVS is just a tad too slow for modern televisions to pick up.

Yeah I've tried on three monitors. 59.2 Hz feels like it should be within the tolerance of most modern tvs no?

Wouldn't I get some sound?

Thanks for the response.

Ill just get another board. Its more like... Is it worth it to dig more and more? And you've answered my question. :)

On the plus side I already have all the equipment I need. That was the long ass part hahaha. The board was the easy part.

couple simple things I would check

1. swap the bios back to the original one. If you have never used that unibios eprom its possible its a bad burn
2. verify there arent any solder bridges to adjacent pins/traces on your consolization changes
3. verify you are seeing (near) 5V on the the 5V rail with the board powered on. If its too low it can cause the click of death effect
