Coin Error after (bad?) BIOS flash

I tried flashing from MB-2009 to MB-2011. The chip reported a pin error in the programmer but flashed and verified successfully. I updated the BIOS without an issue and now get a “Coin Error” as soon as any game loads. Subsequent BIOS flashes back to MB-2009 and a verified working MB-2011 haven’t resolved it.

After a few seconds at the coin error screen, the system reboots.

Have you checked the coin line on your harness to make sure it’s not being triggered?

Yeah I checked and on multiple cabinets
