I'm an idiot, forgot to short EXC5. All working now.
Without overloading this thread with details, I just picked up a Jap MvC that had an infinikey installed but I want to convert it over to HSFII:AE. I have a set of phoenix'd roms that I pulled when I got my Darksoft kit for my other CPS2 board. I removed the key, swapped all the roms over, and I just have a blue screen on boot. I'm pretty sure the jumpers are the same between the 2 games, as are the pals. Any idea what I need to do to get this up and running?
