Conversion roms that work on any C board

Is there somewhere i can dload roms that allow me to convert some cps1 boards? I have 3 U.N Squadren boards and would like to change two of them to other games (namely strider and willow) so i can stick them in cabs in my collection. I read some exist that basically allow you to convert any CPS 1 board to any other but cant seem to find them.

Arcade Rom Patcher can decrypt the games to run on "all non battery 'C' boards (B-01 to B21) or with a battery 'C' board set to its defaults (B-21-DEF)".
