My brain seems to be too small to figure this out, and I honestly don't have the time, but if someone has the knowledge and the time and wants to tackle this for me, do let me know! Dewman has put together a pretty comprehensive guide on what needs to happen for it to work:
I can provide a recently-serviced 1843, but the remaining components (like the focus wire, neckboard socket, etc.) I would leave to you. Strongly prefer someone in the US (or at least broader NA), not eager to ship overseas but I will if I have to.

Modifications
To use a Toshiba PF in an Egret 3 or AWSD without doing a tube swap, you will need to perform the 3 modifications below. This will prep the chassis to be compatible with the tube. If you want a plug and play solution, you will also need to adapt from the 1.55mm pin headers on the Toshiba PF chassis to the 2.36mm pin sockets that the DY connectors and degauss connectors on the tube. Don't forget the JST connector for the earth ground on the neck board and the power connector.
