Converting SSF2 to SSF2TB — help!

Hey gang. I own one of the SSF2 Tournament Battle cabinets that used to be in the local mall. A previous owner sold the CPS2 boards, but I’ve tracked down a SSF2 board and one of @Mitsurugi-w’s link PCBs.

I’d like to convert my B board from SSF2 to SSF2TB. It looks like only a few of the chips are different. Has anyone done this conversion before? Is it possible to buy the needed replacement chips somewhere or do I need to grab a programmer and do it myself?

More or less technically inclined, but this stuff is all new to me. Thanks in advance!

You need to have 4 linked together or you wont get the TB version. If the PCB is already SSF2 (aka Turbo) then you just need to change 3 Eproms from Program ROM IIRC.
