These guys go above and beyond when it comes to getting you what you want. Communication is excellent and timely.

My two machines arrived without issue. Machines were actually clean and not disgusting. Pricing is very fair for what you are getting and it is not a blind lottery model like some other folks utilize. You will get what you pay for. Seeing the machines before payment makes a difference.

Having experience with many of the other distributors/importers, I would not send anyone their way when they could just go to Cosmo. Really the only people you should be dealing with if you are after a cabinet (or 5) and don't want any surprises. Very happy there is a new player in town. Hands down the best purchase experience I have had out of the 15+ machines I've bought over the years.

+1 -Got my Neo 29 cab in yesterday and it's exactly as described! Immaculate inside and out - it's really an incredible piece! The owners took the time to reacap the monitor for me (for a very reasonable fee) prior to shipping as well. Communication was excellent either through email or Discord.

If you're looking to container ship from Japan, don't go anywhere else. Honest, friendly, and they set up the shipping state-side (thankfully through CRST, which I would have used anyway) so it was all very little work for me (outside of a bit of clean up and getting it into my basement lol).
