I have been trying to fix An a board I received in a dynamo style cab with a Magic sword stack in it.
A friend lent me a board to he had in storage and it TOO is messed up. It was missing a PAL chip, and upon installing the correct pal, I get a yellow screen , with some jumbled graphics, and I can hear music from magic sword (organ music - I think is part of a cutscene when the game is in attract mode?).
Everyone says that every problem with these boards is the custom chip, but I want to believe that out of three non working boards I have , at least one of them has a good custom .
Any info appreciated!
