CPS1 conversion question -- which boards and which games?

I'm sure you guys have seen these -- there are some genuine CPS1 boards floating around with a bootleg/hack of Cadillacs and Dinosaurs running on them, with fubar'd BGM and a few other QSound-related differences.

I happen to have a friend with one of these, and he plans on converting it back to something "truly CPS1" -- problem is, we don't know which games run on which board types.

Does anyone have a list of possible conversions? Can you interleave/interweave/whatever its called the ROMs in a manner similar to what's done on CPS2 games?

Post pics of the boards, and identify the C board chip (CPS-B21 most likely).
