Hey Guys I recently got a non-working Mercs PCB set with a non-working Bootleg B-Board, a good working original A-Board and an original but unknown working condition C-Board.
I have an extra 89625B-1 B-Board from a Adventure Quiz Capcom World 2 Board set that I was going to try to use as a Merc's B-Board. it looks like this board was used on the original Japanese version of Mercs.
The PCB is silkscreen for non-JEDEC 27c301 ROMs throughout, however it appears most of the original ROMs (at least the ones I can identify) are JEDEC 27c010.
There are a bunch of jumpers on this PCB and they appear to be tied to the pins that would configure this for JEDEC or non-JEDEC pinouts... I don't know which configuration is which though because they run to the main connectors and I can't seem to find jumper info nor a connector pinout for the A-Board/B-Board connectors.
I'm sure this info is out there somewhere. Does anyone have a link? or know what the right jumper config is?
