cps1 pang issus - help needed

hey, im having some issus mainly on the colors
also after a while the screen freeze or just changed to solid red
after recap, battery removed and InfiniKey-KABUKI installed
can anyone help or direct me?

It looks like you are missing blue. I would start by verifying you have a signal on the blue pin on the jamma edge and likely work backwards from there.

Also I assume you have used your setup with another arcade board and its colors are ok? One thing that comes to mind with screwy colors on a BVM/PVM is if you have the input set to component instead of rgb.

ive tried 2 different super gun with another board to verigy my setup is good.
apart for blue missing the game crashes or freezes so there is another problem as well

Check the two palette RAMs near the edge connector (they are Sony CXK5814 so high failure rate devices).

Try first do piggybacking with known good chips to see if something changes on the screen.

For piggybacking I mean put a good chip on the back of the suspicious one
