CPS1 SF2WW graphic issues

Same as with most cps-1 graphical issues - it's the c board custom or the a board custom or both. Start by swapping a boards and c boards if you have other games. The cps-b-** custom on the c board must be the same on the test board as on the original. Any version of the a board will work with any b+c set.
