CPS1 with Q-sound (not CPS1.5)?

I came across this project while searching online for information on the Capcom-Q1 DL 1425 chip:

It appears to use a standard CPS1 A-board with custom B-board and C-board as well as a totally new Q-sound board.

The references are in Chinese, but the project looks interesting due to the addition of a separate Q-sound add on board.

Just curious what people think about this. Perhaps something like this separate Q-sound board could be done for the upcoming CPS1 Multi?

The custom Q-sound board is quite unique.
