I don't know, it is NOS fighter mainboard

Ahh, gotcha. This may help. There are two revisions of the fighter board. If sound comes through the jamma edge, that is most likely revision 2 and the more sought after of the two. https://snk.fandom.com/wiki/Hyper_Neo_Geo_64

No sound comes from external Amp which I do not have

Rev 1 can be modded to have sound through the Jamma edge connector.

Rev 2 can output stereo sound via the edge connector set to "MVS" mode.
