CPS2 Motherboard (A Board) Pin

I've got a USA motherboard with SSF2 running on it at the moment with no problems. Just noticed that one of the pins is slightly sunken.

Do I need to worry about it? Does anyone have a pinout for an A board?

If you have a multimeter you can check if it's connected to ground or 5v easily by using the JAMMA connector. The first two pins from the left are GND, the next two are 5v. If you have a connection to either I wouldn't worry, there's a lot of redundant pins for power.
