CPS2 OSSC Optimal Timing

Been getting wavy picture with my cps2 multi. So i am wondering if anyone has optimal settings i can use to make it not do so? I have also tried using the sega saturn timing for it and nothing works so i need help with is

It help to make the font of some games and stuff better then before. But slight wobble in the background. Could it be something with the scart cable or PSU?

turn off lpf if you havent already. I found that was the one setting that allowed getting a perfect picture.

Did that as well. Idk what else it can be. I could take video footage of it to show what is happening.
