CPS2 RAM TEST screen?

What does it mean when you power up a CPS2 B board and it displays a RAM TEST screen? I have a board that is just doing this constantly on power up:

i dont have cps2 - but:
if it has dip switches - check them
if not, check your input circuitry - specially around the test input

If it get stuck in there is because is not passing Q sound test, check your sound roms
