This one was working until the owner was curious about the unused leg on the watchdog chip being up and soldered it back down, the board went on a reset loop. When he went to de-solder the leg and put it back up he unfortunately broke the pin. Unbeknownst to him this pad routed a trace from the GLL1 to a via under the watchdog. Luckily I have a bare parts board and was able to see where it led, took off the watchdog and patched the trace with 34 awg magnet wire. Soldered the watchdog back down and thankfully the board is back in working order.
