WTB CPS3 Board or donor CPS3 board w/ working DL2929 Chip

Currently have a CPS3 board where Player 2 light kick gets 'stuck' after its pressed once after turning on the board. Thanks to some prior threads on here and some troubleshooting with a friend, we were able to determine the issue is the DL2929 Chip.

Happy to either get a known working board (dont need SIMMs/security cart/etc) or one with a known functioning DL2929 chip to attempt a transplant.
