For a better detail instruction have a look at Yavuzg tutorial Here. My English/grammar not the best so just bear with me. I am no expert by any mean, just some determination and some time to kill.

(1) A working 32mb simm as a base.
(6) 29f016A-90PFN possibility (8) just incase the bending of the legs don't work out.
flux
solder
soldering iron that you can do drag soldering with
box cutter or something hard with a flat edge to bend the legs

The simm are group in pairs. This will be useful when it comes to troubleshooting. I solder from 1 to 4. For the reverse pinout I flip the IC around and use a knife. I place the edge of the knife up against he silica and put a little pressure on it as I drag it down and across like this. Normal leg on the right. Bent on the left. The bent legs does not have alot of surface area to solder to so you will need some practice/patients The arrow (red circle) is pin 1. The back side of my IC has identifycation mark like the stock 29f016A-90PFR here

Once you have all the simms solder on or in the pairs you can start testing. For testing purpose I use option 2 in the superbios menu (Disk and file). I find option 1 (flash memory) does not work that great. I had some simm pass in both checkum and by erasing it and copying simm 3 to 4, but fail in actual operation. I have merge the 2 64mb file to make one 128mb file. You can use the 64mb file but I wanted a way to write 3rd strike with my no cd cart.

Get to the superbios menu. Go to option 2. In my case I went to S1 (3rd strike) and picked 313S1 and write it to my simm at offset 00000000. If you are using a merge file like I did you can just leave it as is. If you are using the 64mb file you will have to do it twice at offset 00000000 and 00800000. You may need to reboot the board as it sometime does not write the 2nd half (boot you back to file folder immediately without writing 2nd time). Once done you will be back at the file folder.

Troubleshooting time. If the read/write process freezes, take note at which location it's at.
0-400000 = pair 1
400001-800000 = pair 2
800001-c00000 = pair 3
c00001-1000000 = pair 4

I'm not knowledgeable enough/figure out yet to know which IC of the 2 it is. I normally re flow the pair, sometime a few times as I don't have a microscope or an eye loupe.

Well I hope this help someone else out who is just as cheap as me. I like to thank @Darksoft for the 32mb simm. This took me a few months to do in between projects so I dont have any in progress pics. All the pics was just taken in the past hour (faking it) so hopefully I didnt miss anything
