CPS3 graphical issues re repaired

A friend asked me online how to deal with graphical issues on his board and I gave him more or less what he had to check. He tried replacing the on board ram and ended up busting a few pads. He tried patching it and then gave up and sent it to his other friend. His other friend was unable to get it working so in then end it came back to me.
