Cps3 lines in graphics

I'm getting lines in my graphics. I have a Darksoft superbio setup. I cleaned Simms,cart and slots. I also rewritten the game.

I also have a 2nd board. Not sure what happened because it did work. Pic is what I get with the superbio cart.
