CPS3 missing blue fix

Got a CPS3 missing blue from @paris_green . I after doing backwards continuity check from the jamma edge and finding no broken traces. I went ahead and replaced 8D CU3383 from a donor board and still had no blue, at this point I knew it was the output side of the dac. Went ahead and took a dac from my parts boards and voila.

Can the DACs be purchased as new, or do you have to scavenge them from parts boards?
