CPS3 motherboard,can not boot up

Hi

The motherboard can not be booted up.We test it for about 2-3 hour before send out(make sure it works fine).Is there anyone who know what is the problem. (THe pcb's condition is pretty good.) He clean the game card and motherboard's slot.

yep it's a cart issue for sure.
