Cruisin exotica playing blind

I have a cruisin exotica I thought was the screen it has sound and all controls work I can here it but no video my thoughts are video epromms gone out has anyone else dealt with this problem? If so can I just replace video epromms and if so dose anyone know who burns epromms for this game?
