CV-1000 Picture Problem with MS9 monitor

I just got a CV-1000 game for the first time and I'm noticing a weird issue with on MS9 monitors. I tried two different MS9's and the problem was present on both. It looks fine on an MS2931.

The left of the screen (top if horizontal) is darker for a few scan lines, and the first scan line flickers. It goes away if I adjust v size (as in the width of the picture when the monitor is vertical) to be very small.

My best guess would be this has something to do with how the MS9 automatically adjusts sync. Has anyone else seen this?

Can confirm - I've seen the same thing with my CV1000 boards and MS9 monitor. I adjust the screen position in the Service Menu and monitor pots to find the sweet spot where it doesn't happen.

Me too, I had the same with a Capcom Impress cab and had to adjust in the game settings.

I can confirm that moving the screen to the right in the test menu and then recentering the monitor adjustments has fixed the problem.
