Yeah, just the CPU to replace the CPU on the C-board. Specifically, need to replace the C.P.S.-B-21 CPU. According to this website, CPS-B-01 = CPS-B-21 (non-suicide) and sometimes = CPS-B-11.
Make sure it is dead. Don't want to kill a working one, goes without saying of course. I have an eye on some low price auctions. So if you can't find a dead one, don't sweat it. Thanks!

I have an A-board that was crushed in shipping, but you're welcome to have it. The case was cracked and the pins bent, but I imagine the CPU is fine. I can dig it out and confirm but it would have to wait until the weekend.

Ahh jeyah!! Big thanks to @jugu for the damaged CPS2 A-board. Looks like the CPS-B-21 CPU is pristine and I'll be able to harvest it to repair the SF2CE board:
Also, as fate would have it, I have a Hyper Fighting board where the audio doesn't work. Should be able to harvest the Z80 chip off it as well!

Thanks for coming by and picking up the CPS2 A board @acblunden2. And thank you Buyee.jp for making it happen. This is what I get for selecting standard shipping.

Never ever use standard shipping with the them, this that mistake on one item, guess what, broken. Maybe they do it on purpose so you pay for the extra services, who knows. Its like this:
Standard = package like it was shipped to them, maybe less.
Protective Packaging = Overkill wrapping, the best I have seen.
On the other hand, SMJ = they repackage all your items pretty well. You can even tell them what and how to pack what your want. Awesome service.
And to me it seems that SMJ is a little cheaper on fees/shipping as well.
I use Buyee for auctions that dont work with SMJ and because I like Buyees watch list.
It's known to work. I'll get on this tonight as an 11th hour late night project. Will try to take pics as I go. Would be great to salvage that SF2CE board though. Got a great price on it.

Oh, cool. I have a stack of cps2 a-boards in various states of brokenness, and a HF c-board that I wouldn't mind fixing...
May have to finally break down and get a hot air rework station though, I think I may have done some nasty things to some CPS1 a-boards with a heat gun to remove the custom PPU.
