Do I need a kick harness to hook up my NAOMI to JAMMA (56 pin, supports 6 buttons)

I have a NAOMI 1 multi. I have:
sega naomi 1 x1
dimm x1
cf card x1
power supply x1

My cabinet runs JAMMA 56 pin standard, it supports 6 buttons. I feel like I'm missing something to connect the JAMMA to the NAOMI. Can someone help point out what that is?

You need a IO Board if it's a JAMMA cab.

Both Capcom and SEGA make good ones. The capcom one is handy because you can use an existing CPS-2 kick harness to get the 6 buttons.
