Does Capcom of Japan still refresh Japanese CPS3 carts?

Does anyone happen to know if Capcom if Japan still services unmodified Japanese CPS3 carts?

I think they stopped a few years ago. That would explain why we are getting more Japanese customers lately.

Pretty sure this is the case.

You could try going through a distributor like Tops and just see what they say though.
